What we review and what we don't

Before a project is published, the Tierval team does an admission review. This is what it means and what it doesn't.

What we review

  • That the sponsor's company exists and who its principal partners are.
  • Basic background of the principal partners.
  • That the sponsor controls the site (deed, contract or letter of intent).
  • The status of zoning and permits, based on the documents provided.
  • That the budget and pro forma are complete and consistent with what is published.

What we don't do

  • We don't assess whether the project is a good investment or right for you.
  • We don't perform an audit or full due diligence.
  • We don't guarantee returns, timelines or the information the sponsor provides.
  • We don't take part in the investment: we receive no money, negotiate no terms and charge nothing based on what is invested.

What's up to you

  • Talk with the developer and ask all your questions.
  • Review the official offering documents with your own legal, financial and tax advisers.
  • Only invest money you can afford to lose.
